PIXMA G3272 Prints have Roller Icing

Hello, I am.on my 2nd cannon G3272,  I print on photo paper. I've been using adhesive sticker photo paper, and every print comes put will lines that run down the print, the rollers are Like cutting into the image leaving marks. I've already tried turning on the prevent abrasions setting, but it does nothing to help. I have the glossy photo paper set up as the type of paper.  My 4x6 prints are fine, it's the larger size paper that keeps leaving the roller icing marks.  This is my 2nd printer, it's brand new and making these marks, I thought it was a bad printer so I bought a 2nd 😕

Is it possible that some of the adhesive from the sticker paper got on the rollers and is now transferring to the photo paper?

Noting on the rollers,  it's like cutting into the paper. The rollers are. I have the right settings for the paper. This is my 2nd printer and it did the same thing with the first print 😕  I have it set to not leave abrasions and it's doing it anyways

Wow. Never saw that before. Give Canon support a call. Go to the support page for your printer to register your product.
