My G3270 printer prints just fine, but every so often, one of the pages is about half an inch cut off on the top edge. This used to happen on occasion, but now it is more often. I know someone else who has the same printer, and has the same issue. Any "solutions" I have found online mention changing the margins, but that is not the issue because I print the same thing over and over and this only happens to some of the pages. It seems like a feed issue. I also bought this printer for its borderless printing function so printing non-borderless is not an option.
How can I prevent this?
Here is a photo for reference. The left is correct. The right is cut off.

I own a Canon imageCLASS MF743Cdw, so my knowledge of the company's PIXMA product line is very limited. I was going to suggest a margin change. Outside of that, a call to Canon Support might yield a quick resolution. 🤔

I have been having the same issues, have you found a solution yet?

I would reach out to Canon Customer Support to see if they can determine why the borders are missing. 😐
