Did you mean:

Why do my Pixma Pro-100 prints have a heavy yellow cast to them?

I'm printing out of Photoshop CC 2021, using ColorSync, I've set  "Photoshop controls color", and in printer options selected the Canon Pro Luster Paper. I've run a test sheet and all colors are printing.

Is there a problem working this way?  Do I have to use Canon's Studio Pro in order to get clean color?

Welcome to the forum.

When you say "using ColorSync" you mean the software selected ColorSync and it is grayed out in the printer driver?

You selected Luster in both PS and the driver?

You shouldn't need PSP, but PSP does ensure that all the correct settings are selected and set properly.

Here's what my settings look like.

That looks OK. What do you see when you select Quality & Media?

Hi John,

Here's that setting.

Thanks for helping!

Also looks correct. Is this a new situation? Is your monitor profiled? Is this an image you edited?

Have you tried printing a stand test image without making any adjustments?
