TR8620a Not printing Yellow band during nozzle check

my canon TR8620a printer is printing everyhitng in shades of blue.

Tried nozzle check and it's not printing Yellow band.

Need help figuring this out.

The Canon PIXMA TR8620a may not print the yellow band during a nozzle check due to clogged nozzles or low ink levels. Try cleaning the print head and ensuring the yellow ink cartridge is properly installed and has sufficient ink.

Hi, thanks for the quick response.

I have bought canon ink replacements because of this issue (to make sure there was no problem with ink containers). So, there is enough ink on all cartridges.
"Try cleaning the print head and..." - does this mean using the "cleaning" methods included in maintenance screen?
If, yes, I have done that a few times.

If two or three deep cleanings don't resolve the issue then you should contact Canon support. Repair likelihood is low.
