Pro-10 Driver in Windows 10 Very Slow

The driver for my new installed Pro-10 runs very slowly.

"Print Settings" to "Series Properties" takes 15 seconds.

Then 25 seconds to"Print Preview" then 30 seconds

before the paper feeds into the machine. Interface is USB.

My Canon 3600 Runs very fast through these steps.

My Epson 1430 and 6000 just as fast.

As a perspective, I have had printers from Canon, Epson,

HP and Brother over tha past 20 years or so and none

of them took any more than brief moments that you didn't

have to even have to think about.  

What couuld it be?

Is this normal?

Does the driver not  work well on Windows 10?

Is there a USB communication problem?

I recommend removing and the reinstall the driver again. If you notice the driver is still slow, troubleshooting with our support group will be needed to narrow down the cause of your issues.
