I'm at a loss here. I have a macbook pro running OS X El Capitan and I've tried printing several diferent ways with no luck. All of my prints come out like they have an instagram filter on them. Skin tones are yellow. There is a cool hue on all photos. I've printed using Photoshop and Lightroom. I have used Canon Print Studio Pro. The color profiles are chosen from the dialog in those programs not the printer. I thought it was broken but I hooked up an old crappy PC to the printer and by default the colors were correct. I'm nearly through all of my paper and half of my ink from trouble shooting and have gotten nowhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Since it works with PC the problem is not the printer, but your computer.
When you look in System Preferences->Printers and Scanners do you have the IJ series version of the Pro-100 or the Bonjour version?
