Recently my pro-100 is only printing in greyscale. I've tried reinstalling the drivers, double checking to make sure that black and white printing wasn't selected, printed in different programs. I've also noticed it will print in a really high contrast or it will print in a blue tint or just blue streaks, and cleaned the printer head. I can't find anyone else that has this problem. Is this a hardware issue or a setting that I am missing?
Hi this is the result of the nozzle check.
Severe nozzle clogging. Run deep cleaning cycle until it looks like I posted above. It may not recover. May also be a failed print head.
