Ok, so I'm about to switch printer brands because BOTH my Canon printers are now down. Our maxify is three years old and a few months back started only printing greyscale. I've problem shot what I can from reading forums and manuals and its still not working. Now my Pixima (2 years old) will only print in yellow, despite cleanings, flushes, alignments. Suggestions on how to fix them??? It's frustrating because we use them for our businesses and homeschooling and now I'm down to zero working printers...
