Pixma Pro-10 cartridge issue

Hi, 

After multiple deep cleanings, and replacement of cartridges, the Photo Black (PBK) color refuses to print at all.

If you mean that despite cleaning cycles the nozzle check won't print PBK I would conclude your print head is clogged/failed and would need replacement.

Sorry, I thought you were from Canon. 

Do you think that simply reseating the print head may work? I'm seeing that in the support notes here.

You could try, but since only one nozzle seems to be mis-performing it wouldn't seem to be a likely problem.

I don't think Canon provides any support for this printer any more.
