Pixma Pro-10 cartridge issue

Hi, After multiple deep cleanings, and replacement of cartridges, the Photo Black (PBK) color refuses to print at all.Thank you for your thoughts.

Sorry, I thought you were from Canon. Do you think that simply reseating the print head may work? I'm seeing that in the support notes here.Thank you.
