Everything is updated. Print Studio Pro shows on my aps list, but when I try to print in PS no automation tools show. I have restarted computer.

1. Run the PSP Plug-in Installer
2. You should get a popup that says you need a compatible PS version. On that screen click "Next"
3. On neext screen select your version of Elements and select "Browse"
4. Find your Elements folder and select the Plug-Ins folder. Select "OK".

Thank you. I was finally able to install the PSP. It said it was installed correctly.
Then I opened Elements 2020 and opened a new file. I chose Print. Automation tools are grey.

Perhaps the current version of PSP isn't compatible with Elements 2020. The support page only lists 2019.

I have the same problem. How can we get Canon to add Elements 2020. I just bought my Pixma Pro 100 and Elements within the last week. Thngs not looking good already. Anyone know of a hack job that might make it install in 2020?
Thanks
Neil
