Photoshop Elements 2020 won't show Print Studio Pro.

Everything is updated. Print Studio Pro shows on my aps list, but when I try to print in PS no automation tools show. I have restarted computer.

Thank you. I was finally able to install the PSP. It said it was installed correctly. Then I opened Elements 2020 and opened a new file. I chose Print. Automation tools are grey.
