PIXMA pro 100 not printing cyan and black is printing brown? Electrical issue or clog?

Hi all. Trying to determine if the printhead is clogged, toast, or if the entire printer needs to be scrapped.

A few days ago, I was printing and replaced a few ink cartridges. Immediately got a b200 error. I was able to do some magic button tricks and got the printhead to slide so I could remove it. There was black (or gray) ink everywhere. I removed the printhead for cleaning (as I have cleaned the clog in cyan many times) and did my usual process. Cyan refused to print. I’ve tried every trick on these forums and more including 99% alcohol etc. Each time cyan refuses to print and there are white lines in gray/black/light gray. I am fairly confident there is no clog, but do any of you experts have an opinion? I’m happy to replace the printhead, but not if there is something else wrong with the printer. I have not gotten a b200 error since, and everything prints fine-ish besides straight white lines in black areas of photos and the purple tone of anything requiring cyan. I can still use the printer for other things, but nothing with shades of blue (so most things). Let me know what you think.

If several Deep Cleanings haven't cleared the lack of cyan printing error then the three items you identified are the problem.

If manual cleaning of the print head hasn't cleared it I think it comes down to an economic decision. What is the price of a new print head and are you willing to risk that cost compared to a new printer.
