PIXMA PRO-200 Printing top and bottom of page only

Win11, Pixma Pro-200.  Printing on label stock.  Prints about 6 inches of text, then fades to nothing, then prints bottom inch or so.  I've "cleaned the printer heads" but the test says it isn't necessary.  Cleaned the roller.

Does the printer print properly on plain paper? This sounds like a transport problem. Is the label stock within specs for use in this printer? Too thick/stiff?

Don't know.  Cleaning heads printed fine.  Will test

Used plain paper and top feed.  Both worked.  Thank you.
