Please help, this is driving me insane.
Our printer has stopped printing magenta entirely.
Regular cleaning program, deep clean, etc all do nothing. When I print a nozzle check it leaves the entire magenta area white.
I've taken out the printhead and carefully cleaned it, afterwards, it printed magenta again for a bit, like, no longer than a day, and now it's back to 0 magenta. The printing head can't be getting clogged again that fast, can it?
I've tried looking online for a replacement printing head, but can't find any. This printer is rather new, and I'd hate to buy a new one just because one tiny easy to replace part of it isn't working.
Any solutions would be much appreciated.

How full is the ink tank? I know you took out the head and cleaned it, ran a deep clean. The only thing left is to run an ink flush, check all your ink levels first, a flush uses a bit more ink than a deep clean. Go to setup again, maintenance, choose the ink group, then follow the prompts.
