Hi
I have a Canon Pro-1000. I use it a lot to print 8 1/2 x 11 sheets and 5x7 folded cards. Today it started failing (it's about a year old now). Sometimes it says there is no paper, and sometimes it starts pulling a card through, and then stops and says "paper jam". I've restarted it. Cleaned the roller. But it's chronic.
Any ideas?

My first guess is, it is just worn parts. Probably the rollers.

It's still under warranty, so I'm not going to try and be a printer technician. I can tell by looking at it that replacing that roller would be a lot of work.
