Hello,
I turned on my Pixma Pro 100 today and it is NOT printing. When I troubleshoot no problems are identified. Here's the what I've done so far trying to resolve this issue. When I turn on the printer, it goes through the ready steps and the blue Wi-Fi light is lit. In Settings, it shows the printer as default printer. When I select print test page, the button flashes as if it is getting ready to printer. It flashes and then stops without printing.
1) Three times I have turned printer off and unplugged from printer and from the outlet. Wait approx 30 seconds, replug and turn on. Each time the printer attempts to get ready and the ready light is lit, while blue Wi-Fi button is lit....still NO printing
2) I checked and selected updates and security. Updates for computer were made.... still NO printing
The printer dialog box popped up once and indicated "creating printing data" but nothing printed
Thanks in advance for your help, solution!!
