Can't Download Printer Manual

Hello,

I have tried repeatedly to download the Pixma Pro 100 manual onto my Macbook Pro.  It will not load or open it.  I have tried everything.  HELP.

I can't even find where to open the printer to adjust settings.  I am trying to color calibrate to my laptop so that I can print digital art.

The download of the main user manual is in the form of a dmg (disk image).  I just downloaded that to my Mac and the files appear OK after mounting (double-clicking) on the dmg file.  Though I didn't choose to install anything as I don't have this printer.  Once installed, you should have access to say a PDF of the guide.

Is the dmg what is not downloading or installing for you?  At this link.

no, I have installed it several times and i get the same error message telling me it can't be opened.

I read on a previous thread it will not load with Catalina?  At any rate, I have tried probably 20 times and it will only open an error message that it will not open

Go here. Cannot be installed in Catalina but you can access and read on web.
