imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i bad prining

I have a Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i that was sitting up waiting for a transfer belt. now when i try to use it the print is off with white diagonal lines. See below. the first is what i am coping and the second is what is printing. What is causing it and how do i fix it?
