Hello! I’m printing a 5’x10’ banner ImagePROGRAF 6100 and the printing stops before the job is completed and automatically cuts the paper. This has never happened before and there’s no warning ⚠️ so I’m not sure what’s going on. Any ideas? Thanks!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. We've made three imagePROGRAF models with the number 6100 in their name, so please let us know whether you're using the imagePROGRAF PRO-6100, the imagePROGRAF PRO-6100S, or the imagePROGRAF iPF6100. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Thanks and have a great day!

Thanks for your reply, Danny.
It’s a 6100S. I used a USB stick and my image was 12MB. I tried printing it three times and 1/2 to 3/4 printed very nicely then the printer canceled the print and cut the paper without any indication of what was wrong or that it was going to cut.
Thanks for any suggestions you can make.
