image RUNNER Advance DX 8795i printing issues

We have an image RUNNER Advance DX 8795i that was repo machine we purchased.  It has has 590,567 copies on it.  We have issues with the device printing images, text and anything that is in color.  It is almost like it does not know how to convert images or color into grayscale.  Our service technician has replaced all parts that were out of service life, updated the firmware and reset the machine to the factory defaults.  We have had IT install the latest and greatest drivers but it continues to have issues printing these items.  It does not matter what program we use either.  At first, we thought it was only PDF files.  Here are samples of how it prints:

Any help would be appreciated.  We are on Windows 11.

While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products, but your dealer will be able to help you!

If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers who are in your area! 

Thank you for the input.  We have a Canon service technician who has not been able to fix the issue.  I was just grasping at straws now.
