Hello! I’m printing a 5’x10’ banner ImagePROGRAF 6100 and the printing stops before the job is completed and automatically cuts the paper. This has never happened before and there’s no warning ⚠️ so I’m not sure what’s going on. Any ideas? Thanks!
Thanks for your reply, Danny.It’s a 6100S. I used a USB stick and my image was 12MB. I tried printing it three times and 1/2 to 3/4 printed very nicely then the printer canceled the print and cut the paper without any indication of what was wrong or ...
