I have a TM-305 36" wide format printer that makes a loud 'clunk' sound while printing. This occurs after the print head moves back and before it feeds the next line from the roll. The is a new sound, we have been using this printer regularly for about a year. The printer sill functions but the sound is loud and concerning. Is there a direct email to support that I could send this video to for possible diagnosis?
