imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7565i Access Card for Equitrac, Need PIN

I have a Canon 7565i that is attached to a older equitrac. Instead of asking for a PIN code to be entered to access the Copier, it's asking for a access card. Anyone know where to go into service mode and change this to ask for a PIN code instead of an access card?

While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products, but your dealer will be able to help you! You should be able to find your Canon Dealer's contact information somewhere on your unit - a sticker on the front or side of the machine.
