Hello, I have downloaded the driver for Windows 11. The software installs but will not print test page. Says no printer is connected even though it is via USB. I have installed and uninstalled multiple times.

Thanks for posting!
While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, the Canon imageCLASS LBP6200d has been retired. That means we do not offer support for the printer or updated drivers. We recommend updating to a more modern printer and reaching out to our Canon Upgrade Program specialist who will go over the best options for upgrading your printer. They can be reached at 866-443-8002.

I sent you a message. They shouldn't make it this hard. Says right here that it is compatible with Windows 11: https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-lbp6200d?srsltid=AfmBOoqnUqI5ZAvMNBiENni_Q_8KWpXrKLY2... Yet, their updated driver direct on their website from 1/31/25 is not. But the old driver IS! Talk about purposely rendering a product useless so you purchase new.

Greetings,
The printer needs to be connected directly to an available USB port, not to a hub or accessory port. Are you certain the cable you are using is compatible? We are not there to see or know.
Also, as with most USB devices, you need to install the drivers first before connecting the device, or wait until prompted to do so. This is standard for many printers and devices. Although the printer is 11 yrs old, Canon has continued supporting it. I believe this is Canon demonstrating its commitment to its products, unlike many others who turn their back on mature devices.
If you'd like assistance with your device, I'll probably have some additional questions.
