Can I print from my iPhone to a LAN hard wired MF753CDW?

I have W8 computer that is not connected to the internet how do I load the driver TS3772?

If I have a computer that is not connected to the internet how do I load the driver TS3772, its a Windows 8 system.  It has never been connected to the internet and never will be so how do I get the driver for a Windows 7 or 8 device???
