I keep getting an error message anytime I am trying to scan. Cannon Customer service told me to contact Apple. Apple advised me they are waiting on Cannon for the software update. Has anyone been able to solve this? And yes it prints just wont scan.
Error Code is 10,202,3

If you have updated your Mac to Sonoma and are unable to scan, you can download the latest version for the scanner drivers and utilities from our Canon support site. You would want to download and install the Scanner Driver & Utilities for Mac V2.15.14. Once the new drivers have been installed, you can try scanning again. if you continue to have issues, I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666.
