Tech: PRO-300 firmware 2.0, MacBook Pro Sequoia 15.2, Professional Print & Layout 1.6.0
Hi all--
Has anyone else encountered the problem of only having "Manual Feed Tray" as their paper source? I've attached a screenshot of the dialog where I'd normally choose top tray or manual feed.
If I print directly from Lightroom Classic, I have no problems using the top tray. (But I really like using PP&L...)
I've rebooted my Mac, restarted my printer, and uninstalled/reinstalled Professional Print & Layout. I've not printed for a few weeks, so I'm not sure what may have changed.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Chris

With the help of Canon chat support, I was able to find the source of my problem. The Top Feed selection depends on the paper type selected. I had Baryta Photo Paper as my Media Type, and for whatever reason, the printer doesn't want to use the Top Feed. When I changed to Photo Paper Semi-Gloss, the Top Feed selection became available.
This is the first time I've tried printing with Baryta paper, which is why I've not seen this issue before.
