Why does it seem so difficult to get this printer connected? I have followed the instructions, watched videos and anything else I can find online and I cannot get this printer connected to wifi. When I get to the point where it attempts to connect the printer to my computer it will not connect. I am on a Macbook and I have no idea where to go from here. If I spend more time and still can't connect I'm going to have to return the printer. Does anyone have any resources or ideas that will help me get this thing connected?

Hi,
Just to confirm, if you use the steps HERE is the printer able to connect to your network? If so and the printer is still not detected, please print the network settings of your TS9520 using the steps HERE.
Next, open a web browser on your computer, and in the address bar, please type the IP Address on the configuration page( row 3-2-12) into the address bar. Next, tap Go or Enter to access the page. Are you able to see the printer's remote interface?
