Just purchased the printer. Was able to connect and print the first time. When I tried to print again, my phone and printer won't connect. I've tried to use my personal wifi and also direct connection (this is my preferred). But my app says that my printer is not on (it is) and not connecting to wifi (the printer says its connected to the CP wifi).
When I try to connect directly, my phone is initially able to connect to the printer wifi (after I put in the password). When I try to print, my phone will ask to join the wifi and I'll click okay, but it will be unable to join. The app will say that my printer is not on and not connecting to wifi.
Any insight please? This has been such a frustrating process.

Now, even when I try to re-set up my printer, the app says it's unable to connect to any form of network.

What is your printer model? What is your phone model as well?
