PIXMA TR8520, option to print missing

For unknown reason, suddenly I couldn't print to my CANON Pixma TR8520, the option of printing the document disappeared!  I only allow me to print in PDF via other software.  The last time I was able to print was 6-7 months ago, and I didn't upgrade change my configuration/
