About six months ago, I purchased an MF751Cdw, and since then, I’ve been having ongoing connectivity issues with my laptop. Both the printer and my laptop are on the same WiFi network, but about 95 percent of the time, the printer won’t connect or communicate when I try to print or scan. It’s incredibly frustrating. Oddly, when I print from my iPhone, it works most of the time without any issues.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, and is there a reliable fix?

Greetings,
This is likely related to your network hardware or configuration. Your printer is probably using DHCP. Instead I recommend assigning the printer a static IP address on your network. This is a one-time configuration you perform on your router. Then install the device as an IP printer on your computer(s). This ensures persistency and reliable connectivity since the IP "destination " of the device will never change.
