I have tried to install the windows driver for this printer, it downloads, unpacks and tells me I must be in an Adminstrator acct. to install. But I AM the administrator. I just need this printer to work.
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know which version of Windows using? Do you connect to your printer using a USB cable or WiFi? Hi Tiffany - after an hour on hold on the phone with no answer, and another 45 min with the online chat with no success, this printer is heading back to the store; it should not be an all day affair to hook up a printer.
