I have tried to install the windows driver for this printer, it downloads, unpacks and tells me I must be in an Adminstrator acct. to install. But I AM the administrator. I just need this printer to work.
Hi Tiffany - after an hour on hold on the phone with no answer, and another 45 min with the online chat with no success, this printer is heading back to the store; it should not be an all day affair to hook up a printer.
