PIXMA TS3355 Scangear scan page will not close down...help!

Hi, I'm using a HP laptop with a Canon TS3300. Using Libra Office to access scangear. When the scangear drop down appears it does actually scan but then the whole screen freezes and the only way of moving on is to restart the computer. Also does not save/print  as the screen is frozen. This has also affected every drop down box I use on other programmes! Not very good ! Many thanks Andy

Thanks for the information, Andy, though we need just a little bit more specificity with your printer model.  Could you please let us know which printer within the PIXMA TS3300 series you're using?  The exact model number should appear on the top of the printer just above the power button.
