Tr7022a will no longer save a document to computer, Windows 10, through Canon Inkjet Smart Connect app. Has worked good for the last year, just decided to quit. Will scan and print fine through the Canon Smart Connect app. Bought a TR7020a thinking that the Tr7022a was ready to be retired. Have identical problem with the new printer. Did uninstall with both printers and loaded new drivers and software with no success. Need help. I can scan and download to computer through IJ Scan Utility but takes forever.
