TR7020 on MAC , changed internet provider and the TR7020 will not recognize the new password. Yes I have checked it several times . The pass word is correct , it recognizes the new network just not the password. So I'm at a standstill !!

First, please disable IPv6 on your PIXMA TR7020:
Next, please use the Manual Connect method to connect your TR7020 to your Wi-Fi:
Manually Connect the Printer to a Wireless Router - TR7020
If you are still unable to connect, please use the WPS (PIN code) method:

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TR7020 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
