PIXMA TR7020 won't recognize new password after changing IPs

TR7020 on MAC , changed internet provider and the TR7020 will not recognize the new password. Yes I have checked it several times . The pass word is correct , it recognizes the new network just not the password. So I'm at a standstill !! HELP
