Canon mg7720 and Mac Sonoma 14.4.1 Printer scanner is working however the document when uploaded to the image garden is blurry and wording has been added across the page. I have updated image garden and the canon utility as of 4-12-24.

Hi,
The MG7720 is not supported with the MacOS Ventura operating system.
You can try using the VueScan software that the Hamrick Corporation offers. They do have a free version that you can try out. If you do want to visit their website, the address is www.hamrick.com. If you need support for this software, you can visit www.hamrick.com/support/.
You also would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
You can take advantage of this offer by calling the Canon Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
