My Image Garden - Scanned documents are blurry and have added wording

Canon mg7720 and Mac Sonoma 14.4.1 Printer scanner is working however the document when uploaded to the image garden is blurry and wording has been added across the page. I have updated image garden and the canon utility as of 4-12-24.

Now I can't upload because it is pdf, I changed the name to .jpg, still won't upload
