PIXMA TR7020a - only printing test page and not word documents.

Please help. I work at an assisted living facility and one of my residents has purchased a TR7020a printer. For some reason it will only print the test pages when I try. I have tried to print the documents he wants from word, but it will not work for us.

When you attempt to print from Word, does the paper come out with no ink?

Does an error occur?  If so, what is the exact wording of the error message?

Please turn your PIXMA TR7020a on and print a test page following these steps:

1.  Please load plain paper in the cassette.

2.  Please press the OK button on your printer.

3.  Use the down arrow to select Maintenance and press OK.

4.  Press OK on Nozzle check.

5.  Then select Yes and press OK.

A test page will print.  Please take a photo of the page that prints and then please add it to your reply of this post.
