These are the replacement ink cartridges that I have. the problems seems to be the printer came with a container of both inks in it. its a black container when I took it out I can't seem to see how the new ones fix back in. I opened the original container and the ink was loose inside it with a white soft form spacer and cover. I took all of that out thinking the new cartridges would fix inside it maybe. It is a different shape and doesn't seem to work. I will open and try again to place the new ones in the open space that held original container but it looks as though these two new cartridges won't fit the space. Hope this makes sense.

You may want to double-check that you have the right inks for your printer. The PIXMA TS7720 uses genuine Canon PG-285 and CL-286 ink cartridges. If you have something different, we're unable to guarantee that it'll fit or work
