My printer/scanner: PIXMA G7020
I rely on the Canon IJ Scan Utility Lite daily. Since upgrading to the beta version of the Mac OS to 14.0, however, I get a relentless ERROR MESSAGE for every attempt to scan an image, Photo or PDF. Every time, a pop-up comes up that states I need to select either TIF or JPEG. I go back and forth between selecting JPEG and TIF, but the same message continues to pop up. Any ideas what I can do? I do not want to buy a third-party scanner software.

You are running a beta version of macOS. Switch back to a supported version of macOS.
