This is the most horrible customer service I've encountered in a long while. I'm just trying to download a driver - I get to the download page, I click download and nothing happens. There's no way to contact Canon customer service, unless I pay $20 just to have them explain why their download page doesn't work.

Having the same issue on a MacOS Monterey 12.5.1. All I need are drivers for my camera.

There are no drivers required for your camera.
Connect the camera via USB cable, turn it on and start the Apple program Image Capture in your Applications folder.
