All,
I have upgraded to a new 2024 Mac desktop computer with MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 operating system. I have an older Canon Pixma MG3620 printer/scanner..... It worked beautifully with my old Mac (High Sierra 10.something).... but I can't get the scanner device to operate now. I went to the Scanner Driver section of Canon's website and downloaded the latest version for the Printer/Scanner driver update. But it still won't work--I get the message "Failed to open a connection to the device (-21345)." What gives folks? --JimCasey
