SX280 - Whirring noise from lens

Anyone experiencing a soft "whoo" sound sometimes coming from the lens apparently.  A slight zoom stops the sound? I just wanted to know if it is normal?  Have been asking here before, no response, but that could've been becaue of a lot of noise ... ...

I bought a supposedly "slightly used" Power Shot 20IS and it turns off and has the code E32 at the bottom, what does this mean??  If it is a dud I want to return it to the seller...  :o( Please help!

I have a Cannon SX100 IS. On a recent trip (50+ shots/ day) the camera often needed new batteries.

I have an SX 100 IS.  I love the camera, but on a recent trip with a lot of camera use (50+) shots per day the camera wanted the btteries changed daily.  Is there a setting that minimizes power draw?

Hello, I have been successfully uploading pic's from my 130 IS to desktop but is  now not even being recognized as being connected with USB cable. Ports are working fine with other devices and no other changes. Any suggestions? Thanks!
