Resolved! SX50 has no option for RAW/JPG in FuncSet
Following the users guide, pressed FuncSet but only 4 image ratio options show up, unlike the guide pix which shows JPEG and RAW. Any suggestions on what's up? I need RAW and bought camera for that reason. Thanks a bunch.

I am trying to find a telephoto lens and filter that fits my SX40. Have recently purchased a 52mm but in my viewfinder the subject appears foggy. I would like to take closeups of distant subject.
Resolved! With Sports setting on SX50HS pictures are so bright that you can hardly make out the image
sports setting on my SX50HS worked initially but now the pictures are so bright, only an outline of the subject can be seen. Don't recall making any changes to settings.
