My Powershot SD1300 IS wont turn on, put charged battery in but still no response. Not mishandled.

It was fine, battery was showing low so I put the charged one in so I woudn't get caught with a deadd one. Now there is no response at all. Never had any problem of any kind with this camera. Not sure what to try. Thanks
