I have a Canon ImageClass MF4880 printer and a piece of paper was jammed during printing. I followed the instruction to open the printer, but the paper was so tightly jammed that I could not remove it at all (pic1). After hard trying, the paper was badly torn (pic2). How do I fix the problem?

Hi,
Its nearly impossible for us to tell you how to get jammed paper out of the device without being there.
See this KB article for assistance.

Thank you. I have already checked but doesn't help. The paper is too tight to be removed.
