imageCLASS MF733Cdw Faint Color

We have an ImageClass MF733CDW printer that just recently started printing/copying color faint and not as bright as it used to be.  We are only running true Canon ink in it.  I have tried to run all the adjustment/maintenance features and when I try to do the auto correct and correct color mismatch I get an error message say that it could not perform the functions.  We rely heaving on this color printer in our office and I need to know how to get this fixed ASAP.  I just put brand new Canon ink cartridges in it yesterday thinking that may be the problem, but I am still having the same issues.  Thank you.

If the prints are coming in light and you are unable to perform the color mismatch it could point to a problem with the hardware or the toner cartridges. You can try reseating the toner cartridges and then performing a cleaning of the fixing assembly. Once the cleaning is complete, you can try color mismatch correction or a gradation adjustment. If that does not resolve the issue or if you can't perform the functions, I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 to see what is wrong with the hardware.
